Returns window
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return.                                                                                                                

 

Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them, unused, unopened (shrink wrap intact), all puzzle pieces included, and in the original packaging. For safety and quality reasons, opened or used puzzles cannot be returned. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.                                                                                                                      

 

How to start a return
Go to /account → open your order → Request return. (Checked out as a guest? Create an account using the same email to access your order.) Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and the return address.                                                                               

Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away at support@amerigahye.com if the item arrived defective or damaged, or if you received a different item or variant than you ordered. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

                                                                                                                                                                                                       

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

  • Sale items

  • Gift baskets (no returns unless defective/damaged or a different item/variant was received)

  • Gift cards

Exchanges
If you want a different item, the fastest way is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.                                                                                                                                                                              

 

Shipping costs
For most returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. If your item arrived defective or damaged, or you received a different item or variant than you ordered, we’ll cover return shipping (we may issue a prepaid label). We recommend using a trackable service and keeping proof of postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable.                           

 

Deliveries marked delivered
Once a shipment is shown as Delivered by the carrier, Amerigahye isn’t responsible for loss or theft. If you have delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly.                                                                                                                                         

 

Refunds
We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. If more than 14 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@amerigahye.com.                                                                                                                                                             

Missing or Incomplete Shipments
For claims involving missing or incomplete shipments, please refer to our Shipping Policy: Missing or Incomplete Shipments section for detailed instructions and required photos. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to support@amerigahye.com
