Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Puzzles: Orders are fulfilled by our logistics partner (Amazon FBA / Multi-Channel Fulfillment). Once your order is placed, Amazon handles packing and shipping. Please note that these shipments do not qualify for Amazon Prime.
  • Merchandise & Gift Bags: These are lovingly assembled and shipped directly from us. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. We take pride in our work and want each bag to be perfect for you.

Shipping Options & Costs

  • Puzzles: Shipping rates match Amazon’s fulfillment costs and will be calculated at checkout.
    Free Shipping Offer: Subscribe to our email list to receive one free standard shipping on puzzle orders within the U.S. (puzzles only; merchandise & gift bags excluded). Free standard shipping applies to continental U.S. orders only. Shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are calculated at checkout.
    Other Items: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes (Domestic Only)

  • Puzzles: Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days once shipped. Expedited options may be available at checkout (customers are responsible for expedited shipping costs).
  • Merchandise & Gift Bags: Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days (processing + transit).

Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once each package ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers.

Split Shipments
Please note that puzzles and other items may be shipped separately and could arrive in different packages, depending on fulfillment location.

Missing or Incomplete Shipments

All puzzle orders fulfilled by Amazon are carefully packed, weighed, and verified before shipment. Each order is scanned and tracked to ensure every item is included.

If your order appears to be missing an item, please double-check the box and packaging first, as sometimes puzzles can shift or be tucked under a flap during transit.

If you still cannot locate the missing item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@amerigahye.com and include the following details required by Amazon for investigation:

Required Information
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the shipping label showing the barcode label Amazon uses
• A photo of the shipping box or envelope (outer packaging)
• Photos of the box contents or envelope showing the items you received or what appears to be missing
• If applicable, a screenshot of your refund or replacement order confirmation once the issue is resolved

We will review these details with our fulfillment partner, Amazon, including shipment weight verification, tracking scans, and photos provided. Confirmed shortages are rare, but we will always work with you to make things right.

Holiday Cutoffs
To help ensure delivery in time for holidays, please place your orders by the following dates:

  • Puzzles (Amazon Fulfillment): Order by December 18 for Christmas delivery with Standard shipping. Expedited shipping may be available at checkout after this date.
  • Merchandise & Gift Bags (Self-Fulfilled): Order by December 15 for Christmas delivery with Standard shipping. Please allow extra time during peak holiday seasons, as processing and carrier delays may occur.

Exceptions

  • We currently only ship within the United States.
  • During holidays or sales, processing times may take longer for gift bags and custom items.

Deliveries Marked "Delivered"

  • Once a shipment is Delivered by the carrier, Amerigahye isn’t responsible for loss/theft. If you have delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly.
